Dr. Philip Perlman is a 1983 graduate of SUNY Downstate Medical Center and completed his Otolaryngology training at Albany Medical Center in 1988. Dr. Perlman is well trained in all aspects of the field, including pediatric and adult ENT, head and neck surgery and in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery. He has been practicing in Manhasset, NY since 1989.
