Four years after leaving Tangerine Dream, Chris Franke made himself rather discreet with a first solo album, Pacific Coast Highway, which had a disappointing New Age influence.There was Universal Soldier in 92, a rather dark soundtrack with the participation of the Berlin Symphonic Film Orchestra. During this period, Franke released his first solo album, Pacific Coast Highway, followed by The London Concert in 1992. In 1994 he released Enchanting Nature, the positive response to that album paved the way for his biggest-selling solo effort to date, The Celestine Prophecy - A Musical Voyage which is considered by many to be one of the most creative new age albums ever produced.
