If your skillet is small, cook them in batches. Cook for three minutes, flip, then cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Burgers, Hot Tuna's third album, puts equal emphasis on the band's acoustic and electric sides. The music provides, along with all of the 70s Southern rock bands, a template for the "jam band" sound that helped grunge kill off "hair metal" in the 90s.
