Clem Burke Biography. At age 18 drummer Clem Burke was a co-founding member of the group Blondie along with Chris Stein and Debbie Harry. Burke remained with the band throughout the first stage of their career and was instrumental in the late '90s reunion.

Clem Burke est né le 24 novembre 1954 à Bayonne dans le New Jersey.. Il commence sa carrière de batteur avec le groupe Blondie. À la séparation du groupe en 1984, il rejoint les Ramones et prend le pseudonyme de Elvis Ramone, et apparaît aussi avec le groupe Eurythmics.Entre 1990 et 1992 puis 2003 à 2004 il rejoint le groupe The Romantics pour un EP et un album.
