From 2000 to 2010, Texas accounted for half of the U.S. child population growth, which means when Texas kids do better, the U.S. does better. Kids Count is a national and state-by-state effort to track the status of children in the U.S. funded by the Annie E. Casey Foundation.

1 de feb. de 2024 · To be eligible to enroll in ALL Kids, children must: Meet income guidelines. Be an Alabama resident. Be a U.S. citizen or an eligible immigrant. Be under the age of 19. Not have any other health coverage. Not be a resident of an institution. Not be covered by or eligible for Medicaid.

ALL Kids Costs, Premiums and Copays. Affordable premiums range from $52 to $104 per child, per year. The fee group your child qualifies for will determine the premium amount you will pay for your child's coverage. You do not have to pay your premium in full prior to using your ALL Kids card for healthcare services.
