Shortly before he passed away John Giorno completed his epic memoir, Great Demon Kings: A Memoir of Poetry, Sex, Art, Death and Enlightenment. 23 years in the making, Great Demon Kings, will be published in 2020 by Farrar, Straus and Giroux. John said he hoped it would communicate to others, the possibilities of a life radically open to art.
