David Paton and Billy Lyall were the founder members of Pilot. David’s songs Magic, January and Just a smile were world wide hits in the 1970’s . David has been involved with some of the biggest names in music: Paul McCartney, Elton John, Rick Wakeman, Kate Bush, Pretenders, Jimmy Page and Camel, to name but a few.
David Paton ( Edimburgo, 29 ottobre 1949) è un bassista britannico noto soprattutto per essere stato il bassista del gruppo storico progressive The Alan Parsons Project durante buona parte degli anni settanta e anni ottanta ..
