Boris Godunov (rus. izgovor [bar’i's gaduno'f]), ruski car (?, oko 1552 – Moskva, 13. IV. 1605).Sin boljara Fjodora, mladost proveo na dvoru Ivana IV. Groznog i oženio se kćerju careva ljubimca Maljute Skuratova. Nakon Ivanove smrti postaje najuglednija osoba na dvoru nesposobnoga cara Fjodora, kojemu daje za ženu svoju sestru Irinu.
