A Patch of Blue is absolutely beautiful, a real gem, a great example of filmmaking excellence. Elizabeth Hartman is astounding, she was nominated for the Best Actress Oscar for her work and I can see why, she is so heartbreaking and touching, it’s even crazier to think it was her very first acting job, such an emotional performance.
