9 de dic. de 2006 · Jerry Goldsmith is one of my top film composers of all time. I've been very interested in film music since I was a teenager and Jerry's music has always moved me in a special way. This recording with London Symphony Orchestra, my favourite one, is a truly great experience to listen again and again. The recording is outstanding.
Of course, being Goldsmith's best, ALL of it is excellent. If ever you want a demonstration of just how flat and small sounding the music recorded FOR movies is, listen to the music in the movie 'Air force One'--it's dismal compared with the sound of this Telarc release. I love this one so much I bought another copy.
