Friday lijkt hier meer te leunen op elektronica, atmosfeer en zijn suggestieve stem dan op echte composities en melodieën, en dat levert in mijn optiek wat te veel vormeloosheid op. Indertijd kon ik hier nog wel enthousiast over zijn, maar terwijl Friday’s eerste twee soloplaten na jaren van stofvergaren bij mij als het ware met een nieuw elan weer tot ...

Has a rough edge here and there. Burns clean and slightly slow with an inconsistent flavor. Leaves little moisture in the bowl, and needs a few relights. Has a sour, acidic, smoky after taste.
