This 2007 digi-pak reissue features new artwork for the back cover, spine and disc, making it much more consistent with the rest of the Velvel CD catalog, than was the 2001 jewel case issue which preceded it. Gold-tinged super audio CD says "Printed and manufactured in the EU" while the back cover says "Printed and manufactured in the U.S.A."
