  3. In 1990 Trouble came out with their self-titled album and dropped the Christian themes. Little did they now that this would be Trouble's last good album. A lot of people hold Manic Frustration in high regards, but I can't really see why. Half of the album is decent, but it's just not Trouble.

  5. On "Manic Frustration," Trouble delivers plenty of the doomy Black Sabbath inspired heaviness that they were known for, but at slightly more urgent tempos. Additionally, there's psychedelic flourishes that sound like Trouble have added influences from artists like Jimi Hendrix, Cream, and the Beatles.

Trouble responds to the crumminess of reality with the only thing they really know how to do: unleash a deluge of righteous, righteous riffs.
