Mitzi Shore (born Lillian Saidel; July 25, 1930 – April 11, 2018) was an American comedy club owner. Her husband, Sammy Shore , co-founded The Comedy Store in 1972 and she became its owner two years later.

Sammy, in his 70-year-long career, founded The Comedy Store in partnership with Rudy De Luca, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Expressing grief, The Comedy Store's Facebook page posted, "Words can`t express how much his comedic gift, friendship, and beneficence will be missed.
