"Dream Evil" ends up being an absolutely fantastic addition to Dio's solo discography that is very much overlooked because of a lineup change. There's no doubt that "Dream Evil" stumbles and trips quite a few times during its runtime, but never once does it fall. It is one of Dio's most consistent albums despite a few of these small missteps.
