(WECT) - Leland Fire/Rescue was dispatched to a box truck fire on Highway 17 Saturday. It happened around 4 p.m.. Crews say they were able to put out the fire in around 10 minutes. They say no one was injured.

Ms. Mollycheck was especially helpful with the photograph above. Unlike me, she recognized the figure in the bow of the keeper’s boat as Henry Berry, and also unlike me, she knew a great deal about him.

Directions: Using a griddle on a grill, set the heat to medium/high and start cooking the peppers and onion with some olive oil. After a couple of minutes, add seasoned meat to the griddle and cook the meat until it is at a safe temperature. Warm the tortillas on the griddle.
