However, there are some other requested improvements included such as an update to the building upgrade system. This means you will be able to place building upgrades more freely around the main buildings and also delete and move specific upgrades.

Unfortunately, they consider the delay of the so-called Creator Packs. In theory, implementing a DLC with fan-created content wouldn't take the devs much time. The developer is focusing on other, more significant innovations.
