I am lily white and as a teen in the 70s and 80s was introduced to Zep , the Stones, Stevie Ray, the Blues Brothers, and the usual suspects. But that led me to find Aretha, Big Mama Thornton, Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy, Sonny Boy, R.L Burnside, T Model, Nina and so many great black blues artist.
