Velociraptor is creatable in Jurassic World: The Game as a Super Rare carnivore. An additional Gen 2 version was added in November 28th, 2019. It is unlocked by completing battle stage 38.
Meaning 'swift seizer', the Velociraptor is a well-known dinosaur. In fact, they're often referred to simply as 'raptors'. At six feet tall, InGen's creations are highly intelligent and deadly, with 6 inch retractable claws!
Velociraptor is a low-tier battler, having the highest attack of all Super Rare Carnivores, however it's still very weak. It be obtained normally. Velociraptor Gen 2 is better in both health and attack, but is harder to obtain.
