Hey everyone, For not be able to start Star Wars: Battlefront 2 can you try the follow troubleshooting steps and let me know if one of them works or not. Repair SWBF2. Make sure all drivers are update. Make sure windows is up to date. Clear Origin Cache. Run CCleaner. Clean boot. Reinstall SWBF2.

If you are running Discord: Open up Discord. Go to settings -> Overlay. Disable the Overlay. Restart Star Wars Battlefront 2 and you should be good to go. If issue persists or you don't run Discord: Go into Origin settings and disable the overlay. Disable other overlays you are currently running.

Nothing wrong with my mouse. I can't play Star Wars Battlefront 2 too, because I don't have a mouse cursor. My controller wasn't plugged in, and the ploblem still not gone. I turned off my Orgin overlay and it worked, like KeldonLighthand said. Origin>Application settings>More>Origin In-game> turn off Origin in-game.

The game has become almost unplayable, like almost very match is infested with hackers - any lobby for sure over time. The worst is some hacker called [Edit - EA_Barry]. They put the game into Demo mode so you just see a camera view flying around and the game is canceled therby. It has become so bad it has become unplayable.
