The band consists of lead vocalist/guitarist Marc Roberge, drummer Chris Culos, guitarist Richard On, bassist Benj Gershman, and saxophonist/guitarist Jerry DePizzo. Touring members include trumpet player Jon Lampley and keyboardist Mikel Paris. Together, the band has released ten studio albums.
With a new album, The Rockville LP, the band is back touring to share some of O.A.R.’s most diverse, intricate songs to date. Lead singer Marc Roberge, founded O.A.R. with his Rockville, MD high school classmates - drummer Chris Culos, guitarist Richard On, and bassist Benj Gershman.
Guitarist Richard On is the first to admit that in the beginning he never imagined his band, O.A.R., reaching the heights that it has.

20 de oct. de 2014 · Richard On, guitarist and songwriter for O.A.R, is a working man. He's up before sunrise to work out. He hears melodies all day that he's constantly recording to his phone. And he does most of his best writing at night, after he's put the kids to bed and is finally able to relax with his wife.
