Droitwich Spa (often abbreviated to Droitwich / ˈ d r ɔɪ t. w ɪ tʃ /) [3] is an historic spa town in the Wychavon district in northern Worcestershire, England, on the River Salwarpe. It is located approximately 22 miles (35 km) south-west of Birmingham and 7 miles (11 km) north-east of Worcester.
Out and about in Wychavon’s beautiful Vale and Spa towns and villages. The variety is endless from Georgian Pershore, picture post-card Broadway, the delightful market town of Evesham and of course our very own unique town of Droitwich Spa.

Droitwich Spa town is an ideal centre from which to explore the Heart of England. To the north of Droitwich Spa lies the City of Birmingham, home of the National Exhibition Centre and to the south stands the City of Worcester, dominated by its Cathedral.
The Heritage Centre is the place to discover its story over the centuries: from early Roman salt workers, to being the birthplace of St Richard de Wyche, and of Edward Winslow, baptised at St Peters Church, one of the Pilgrim Fathers who sailed to America in the 1600s, in the Mayflower.
