Eisold has said in 2013 that he has been an outsider and had depression all his life. His partner Amy Lee has been playing the synthesizer alongside him since 2012. They live in Los Angeles and have a son named Rainer Lee Eisold, born November 20, 2015.
Cold Cave was founded in 2007 by Wesley Eisold, vocalist of hardcore groups Give Up the Ghost (previously known as American Nightmare), Some Girls, and Heartworm Press founder. This time he and his companions will play only one Germany concert in Leipzig, the remaining shows will take place in the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden and Slovakia.
