Aaron Spelling (Dallas, 22 de abril de 1923-Los Ángeles, 23 de junio de 2006) fue un productor de películas y series de televisión estadounidense. Actualmente tiene el récord mundial del productor de televisión más prolífico.
The show was produced by Aaron Spelling and Leonard Goldberg. Each episode showcased highly dramatized versions of police cases and activities, often intertwined with the off-duty lives of the officers and their wives. Danko was the only officer in the series who was married.
He also served as producer of The Mod Squad (1968–1973), The Rookies (1972–1976), and Sunset Beach (1997–1999). Through his production company Spelling Television, Spelling holds the record as the most prolific television producer in US television history, with 218 producer and executive producer credits.

Aaron Spelling. Producer: Charlie's Angels. Aaron Spelling graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Before that, he attended Forest Avenue High. He started as a writer and sold his first script to Jane Wyman Presents the Fireside Theatre (1955). He wrote for various television shows, including Playhouse 90 (1956).
