I could not reset my password and after numerous attempts to use the code facebook e-mailed it i kept getting the "The number you entered doesn’t match your code. Please try again." error. nothing i tried was working. finally i read the comments on this post and tried logging in/resetting on my Microsoft Edge browser, and it worked!

The problem is they send a 6 digit password reset code, when I enter the code they send, it says “the number you have entered doesn’t match the code, please try again”. So the code they sent is wrong?? How do I fix this and get back into my account. Thank you
