El tagliatelle son fideos anchos y planos, y la crema de nduja tiene un sabor parecido a salchicha huachana, pero con un picor interesante que le da intensidad al plato. Muy rico, pero eso sí, recomendamos pedirlo con un vaso de agua a la mano.

Red onion - The traditional sauce uses Tropea onions which are super amazing and sweet but unless you're making a trip to Italy, regular red onion will suffice!
