Level ! is one of the most dangerous oddball levels in the Backrooms and one of the most entity-infested levels. This level is also one of levels where you're not allowed to stay due to the amounts of entities that may chase you. A photo of the exit was taken by a traveler close to reaching it.

Run For Your Life!, also known as “Run for Your Life”, Level Run, or simply “Run”, is an anomalous level of the Pastrooms. It is notorious for being one of the most dangerous Mythosrooms levels, and should never, under any circumstances, be entered deliberately.
Level ! is a long hospital Hallway with Red Lights and the loud sound of hospital sirens in all directions. The Hallway is fairly short, and there are hospital beds scattered throughout the Level that will block your path.
