We know of four positions in the Middle so far: Little Brother, Little Sister, Big Brother, Big Sister. That seems to be the order of weakest/lowest/smallest to strongest/highest/biggest-all qualifiers being equal, females are bigger than males. This makes me wonder how far this goes up.
