My rak miner #1 is showing no outbound and no inbound. I tried wifi and Ethernet cable. Yes it’s portforwarded. Yes I’ve tried rebooting it and the router. I’m out of ideas. Rak miner #2 is not accepting my correctly inputted wifi password; an error message pops up every time.
14 de may. de 2021 · Internet Works and Cannot Connect to Helium Network/Hotspot is being Relayed. If you are able to connect to the Internet, but cannot get an inbound or outbound connection to the network, it may be a firewall issue or your Hotspot is being Relayed .
Under peer-to-peer connections, outbound is unticked and inbound is ticked. Why is this?
Network Troubleshooting. This page has not been fully updated to represent the latest state of the Helium Network following the migration to Solana on April 18, 2023. For Original Helium Hotspots, firmware updates are pushed over port 443, so that port should always be open Outbound.
Doesn't matter what miner you have, same applies to all of them. 18 de ene. de 2022 · This issue is just like the issue we saw 01/04. Miner went offline and after 3 days then lost the ability to ping and reach port 44158. RAK miners affected: MNTD and CalChip. Miner has been plugged into ethernet and powered on.
