If you're having trouble getting near the explosion due to low frame rates, try setting sgtm (SetGlobalTimeMultiplier) to something greater than 1 before going near it (a value of 4 worked for me) Once you're right next to the explosion, open the console and click on the explosion to get the av value, then type markForDelete.
