Donovan Desmond (ドノバン・デズモンド, Donoban Dezumondo?) is the chairman of the National Unity Party of Ostania and Twilight's target for his current mission. He is the main antagonist of the SPY x FAMILY series.

Donovan is a native and the current patriarch of the rich noble Desmond Family, which has its roots in the early history of Ostania. In his younger years, he entered and studied at the Eden Academy and graduated as one of the Imperial Scholars.
