Orlin Dwyer (died March 19, 2019), also known as Cicada, was a vigilante and mass murderer whose goal was to kill all meta-humans after various conflicts involving these beings tore apart his family. He was the brother of a late unnamed woman and the maternal uncle of Grace Gibbons .
