I spent as much time as humanly possible in Chapter 2 but the beard wouldn't grow past 9/7/7 Moustache/Chin/Chops. During chapter 3 the moustache popped to 10 and the rest stayed 7. The chin and chops popped out to 8 the minute I finished "The Joys of Civilization" in chapter 4, which was weird.
NO no Arthur has a pencil mustache and long pomaded left parted hair. Honestly tho it’s incredible how everyone’s Arthur feels like a unique character.

I could never get Arthur's beard or mustache to max length (never had too much of a problem with John) until I finally got the max mustache on my last play through. I actually did it accidentally, just by never shaving his upper lip.
