Blitzcrank is an enormous, near-indestructible steam golem originally built to dispose of hazardous waste in Zaun. Evolved beyond his primary purpose, Blitzcrank selflessly uses his strength and durability to protect others.
Blitzcrank supercharges themself, gaining 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80% decaying movement speed and 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70% attack speed for 5 seconds. During this time, their attacks deal an additional 60−220 plus 1% of the target's max health as magic damage on-hit. Afterwards, Blitzcrank is slowed by 30% for 1.5 seconds.
Blitzcrank gains a shield based on their mana when dropping to low health. Enemies attacked by Blitzcrank are marked and take lightning damage after 1 second. Additionally, Blitzcrank can activate this ability to remove nearby enemies' shields, damage them, and silence them briefly.
