The ten song Sacred Groove disc clocks-in at forty-seven minutes, with twenty percent of the action devoted to the unlistenable "The Beast (Parts I and II)". Marred by the awful vocals laid down by Mandy "Cookie Monster" Lion, Sacred Groove is ruined by the over-the-top World War III singer.
