TLLC is designed to support your unique experiences and needs as a transfer student who is not new to college, but is new to Alma. The TLLC is located in Newberry Hall, which also houses other sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
Housing Options. All returning students are eligible to live in Newberry, Mitchell, Carey, Bonbright, Brazell, and Brazell West halls. Returning students can live with any other returning student in these buildings, regardless of class standing. Apartment style-living is available for select students in Wright Hall, the Wright Avenue Apartments
Monday, March 20, 2023. Housing Agreement and roommate selection opens 24 hours after student registers for classes. Apartment applications (Opera House, Wright Ave, Wright Hall) are available in the housing portal for eligible students after they sign their housing agreement.

Newberry women's residence hall was constructed in 1961, and named in honor of Helen Newberry Joy, who made several gifts to Alma College during her lifetime.
