Lawless Kid. A month has passed since a declaration of peace, and, ever since then, the big city disposes of trash outside its walls—including the expendable humans. Every day, the hungry scour the heap of waste for food.
It presents the government as oppressive and manipulative--getting the “trash” people hooked on drugs, which leads them to getting into debt, being unable to leave, and eventually needing to turn to either military service or volunteering for experiments in order to have a chance to escape. Our heroes beat them up.
