Francis "Frank" Gallagher was one of the main characters of Shameless. Through his late wife Monica Gallagher, he was the father of their five children (and other main characters) Fiona Gallagher, Lip Gallagher, Debbie Gallagher, Carl Gallagher, and Liam Gallagher until his death in the series finale.
