  2. The CTYI Summer Programme is for young people aged between 12 and 16 years, who have been identified as having high academic ability (95th percentile in mathematical and/or verbal reasoning). The programme offers enrichment courses, which take the form of 3-week academic programmes.

  3. To qualify to take part in CTY Ireland Programmes students must qualify in one of the three assessment areas, Abstract, Verbal or Numerical Reasoning. Students who are in their first year of secondary school should take part in the CTYI Talent Search. The assessment is administered through English only.
