First year students have a two-year housing requirement. The requirement consists of students who enter Chapman University within one year of their high school graduation. Students residing in residence halls are required to have a board meal plan, which is included in the total cost below.
Undergraduate Students. All Undergraduate rates listed below are per semester, unless otherwise indicated. Tuition. Full-time Rate (12-18 units): $29,125. Part-time Rate (1- 11.5 units): $1,810 per unit. Overload Charge (over 18 units): $1,810 per unit. Interterm Tuition ** : $1,810 per unit.
Tuition and Fees are based on full-time enrollment of 12-18 credits. Additional charges will apply for students enrolled in more than 18 credits per semester. Health insurance is not automatically included in the Cost of Attendance for domestic undergraduate students.
