Sisyphus Prime is the second and final boss of [ P-2: WAIT OF THE WORLD]. V1's disturbance of the Flesh Panopticon awakens him, breaking free from it himself before V1 can defeat it.

Sisyphus Prime is one of the most aggressive enemies in ULTRAKILL, teleporting to V1 to attack them with punches, kicks, and the radiant power of the sun. His attacks, similarly to Minos Prime are dictated by an invisible stamina system.
Sisyphus has a cooldown between attacks. the cooldown is always the same, so if you learn the rythym of his attacks, you know exactly when he's gonna attack every time. this makes it a lot easier to parry his attacks, especially "begone" and the dropkick.

His attacks, similarly to Minos Prime are dictated by an invisible stamina system. He has 6 stamina in his first phase (8 on Violent).
