Traffic rules and signs are designed to ensure a smooth flow of cars and reduce congestion on the roads. Disobedience of these rules can cause traffic backups, delays, and frustration among other road users.
All road users have the obligation to respect all traffic rules. If you are going to drive, do not drink alcohol or take other drugs and be aware of speed limits. If you are a pedestrian, stay alert, you can also be fined.
