Hush later kidnaps the Joker to persuade Harley Quinn into attacking an opera attended by Bruce Wayne, Selina Kyle, and Thomas Elliot. During the commotion, Hush lures Thomas outside and kills him, framing the Joker for the murder, much to Batman's anger.
