13 de ago. de 2018 · BLASTn analysis showed that the genome of HCRSV-XM had 94.2% nucleotide identity to KC876666 (Israel), 93.6% to X86448 (Singapore), and 88.2% to DQ392986 (Taiwan). To our knowledge, this is the first report of HCRSV infecting ornamental hibiscus in Fujian Province, China.
