12 de nov. de 2015 · In the third movie, when Michael Gambon stepped in, they did a very good job of making him look similar, but it's obvious his speech patterns change from being a little old man to being a much stronger less wispy old man. His booming voice changed the character of Dumbledore.

Why does everyone hate Michael Gambon’s portrayal of Dumbledore? I feel like everyone uses that one scene in GoF (“he asks calmly”) as a basis for his whole performance in every movie, when really for the most part he played the part of Dumbledore pretty well IMO. Especially in HBP and PoS.
