Unlike her attitude in Left 4 Dead, she comes off as somewhat more serious and, at times, angry. This is probably due to the fact that she is hit very hard by Bill 's recent death. Zoey's facial features are portrayed by Sonja Kinski, and she is voiced by Jen Taylor, who also voices Cortana and Princess Peach .

They're face models, not face replicas. The team bases the in game character based off the real life model, but they might choose to deviate from the real life model for artistic reasons. Who knows? Maybe Zoey looked too much like a supermodel, so they changed her game model to look more girl-next-doory
Zoey's face was initially modeled after Alesia Glidewell, the same person that Chell from fellow Valve game Portal was modelled after. But after the 2007 character redesign her face was modelled after Sonja Kinski, as per the director's commentary and final credits.
