Origin supports three type of input data to plot a network plot. An adjacency matrix is a square matrix used to represent a finite graph. The elements of the matrix indicate whether pairs of vertices are adjacent or not in the graph.
Network plots in Origin are both powerful and easily manipulated. More than eight layout options enable you to best visualize network structure. You have full control of node and link style; plus drag-and-drop positioning of nodes.

With Origin 2021b, support for using shapefiles has been made remarkably easy.
