The Bullitt Center is a commercial office building at the intersection of the Central District neighborhood, and Capitol Hill, Seattle, Washington. It was officially opened on Earth Day, April 22, 2013.
El Bullitt Center es un proyecto comercial que cumple con los requisitos del Living Building Challenge, diseñado para tener un consumo neto de agua y energía igual a cero. Su estructura de acero soporta la cubierta solar, la superestructura y la cerramiento perimetral, y también contribuye a la recuperación del entorno y la plusvalía social.

The Bullitt Center is a six-story commercial building in Seattle that targets net-zero energy, water and materials use. Designed by The Miller Hull Partnership, it features timber framing, photovoltaic array, composing toilet and native plant restoration.
