The aim of this game is to practice, or initally explore and learn, telling the time in English. The target audience is low level English learners. Telling the time, while important, is quite a straight forward skill and most elementary level learners should be able to tell the time quite easily.

1 de ene. de 2024 · English Vocabulary. There are two common ways of telling the time. 1) Say the hour first and then the minutes. (Hour + Minutes) 2) Say the minutes first and then the hour. (Minutes + PAST / TO + Hour) For minutes 1-30 we use PAST after the minutes. For minutes 31-59 we use TO after the minutes.

En ambos casos se utiliza el verbo to be ya sea para preguntar sobre la hora o para responder. - What time is it? - ¿Qué hora es? - It is / It's 12 o'clock. - Son las 12 en punto.
