Jack Wild (30 September 1952 – 1 March 2006) was an English actor and singer. He is best known for his role as the Artful Dodger in the film Oliver!
Biography. Jack was born in Royton, Manchester on September 30th 1952. Jack and his brother Arthur. In 1963 his family (father Jack, mother Vera, and elder brother Arthur) moved to London. In 1964 he and Arthur met agent June Collins and started to attend Barbara Speake’s stage school.
